We are seeking an exceptional leader to play a pivotal role which will bridge our computational and biological research teams, driving innovation at the intersection of bioinformatics, artificial intelligence, and RNA sequencing. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in both fields and a passion for developing technologies that transform biological research and healthcare in India. This position will report directly to the CEO.

This role’s primary focus will be on driving customer adoption, achieving sales growth, and building long-term, trusted partnerships with key clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to driving the adoption of cutting-edge advancements in molecular testing in India’s healthcare ecosystem. The successful candidate will work closely with local and global leadership, including in business development and R&D. Reporting directly to senior management, this position requires a strong work ethic and persistence, and a collaborative mindset to support Bayosthiti AI’s continued growth and impact in the Indian biotech space.

In this dynamic, high-impact position, you’ll manage end-to-end clinical trial operations while seamlessly collaborating with our R&D team in Bangalore in addition to our bioinformatics and AI teams across India and the US. This role puts you at the forefront of bringing life-changing diagnostic solutions—from affordable oncology and Coronary Artery Disease (CAD) tests (LDTs and IVDs) to AI-powered precision medicine—from laboratory to bedside.
